THE ELC MUN BLUEPRINT

Your child's journey to diplomacy.

We don't throw students into committees unprepared. Our sequential, guided approach builds research acumen, oratory prowess, and alliance-building tactics.

01

Choose

Understand how MUNs work. Pick the right conference, committee (UNHRC, UNSC, UNEP, DISEC), and country allocation suited to experience.

02

Research

Deep-dive into your assigned nation's foreign policy, historical precedents, bilateral relations, and credible United Nations source documents.

03

Prepare

Craft persuasive Position Papers, formulate substantive policy directives, and rehearse compelling GSL (General Speakers List) opening speeches.

04

Speak

Master public speaking, POIs (Points of Information), moderated caucus pacing, diplomacy under pressure, and active listening skills.

05

Negotiate

Lead unmoderated caucuses, negotiate voting blocs, author operative clauses, sponsor draft resolutions, and build lasting diplomatic consensus.

06

Practise & Reflect

Participate in simulated ELC Mock MUNs with real-time feedback, detailed performance scorecards, and tailored speech refinement.

Our philosophy

Research.Represent.Negotiate.Lead.

MUN is more than a trophy or a certificate. We teach students to understand world affairs from every angle, represent perspectives different from their own, and stand up with grace in any global forum.

Preparing young minds for the world beyond the classroom

CORE COMPETENCIES

Skills that last far beyond the committee hall.

Whether your child participates in their very first school simulation or aims for best delegate awards, our training builds foundational lifelong executive skills.

Global Geopolitics

Understanding real treaties, sanction regimes, maritime laws, and humanitarian frameworks so delegates speak with verified authority.

Persuasive Oratory

Overcoming stage fright, structuring concise 60-second interventions, addressing adversarial rebuttals, and captivating diverse rooms.

Resolution Drafting

Learning official United Nations drafting protocol: preambulatory phrases, actionable operative clauses, amendments, and voting procedure.
